On July 22, 2020 we had the chance to meet with Tim Clark, the corporate sales and marketing director of Four Seasons Health Club. Tim is also is involved with member relations and retention for his club so he is very well versed in the strategies for both growing and retaining their member base. Four Seasons objective was to improve member communication, but in a way that would be impactful, save time, and cut costs. In the wake of the pandemic, Tim and his team at Four Seasons find a resilience strategy to restructure departmental communication, trim marketing budgets, and increase the number of times they communicate to their membership types.

CHECKING OFF ALL THE BOXES AND SAVING COSTS USING SMS

Four Seasons Health Club have been long-term Jonas Software users because of the club management features. Tim expressed how Textmunication’s text messaging API boosted his campaign efforts to all his membership types, helped maintain target ability and even audit his data. Tim said, “Before the pandemic we did not have anything in place that made communication with our membership is easy, at all…” Four Seasons multi-channel marketing strategy was effective, but not really giving them the conversion and awareness they wanted.
