Do you offer a free trial and for how long?
Yes. We offer a 30-day free trial with complimentary text credits and full access to every feature. No credit card required.
Do my credits rollover?
For the best value, we encourage you to use your allocated message credits within your current billing month, as they do not roll over. Your credit balance will reset at the start of your new billing cycle. Keeping an eye on your usage can help you make the most of your plan each month.
Does SMS and MMS messages cost the same?
No, SMS (Short Message Service) cost 1 credit per campaign and MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) messages cost 4 credits per campaign. MMS messages are more expensive than SMS messages because MMS allows you to send richer content like images, GIFs, videos, and longer text, which requires more data and bandwidth to transmit across mobile networks. Therefore, the carrier fees and consequently our pricing for MMS messages are usually higher than for basic text-only SMS messages.
How will I be billed?
You pick a monthly plan that includes a set number of messages, starting at $29 a month. If you send more than your plan includes, extra messages are billed at your plan's low overage rate. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. See pricing for every plan.
Do you charge per text or per subscriber?
We charge per text message (SMS/MMS) sent, not per subscriber. This means you can grow your contact list without worrying about extra fees for having more subscribers. Feel free to have unlimited contacts and segment them as needed for your targeted campaigns.
What are carrier fees?
Carrier fees are small charges imposed by mobile phone carriers (like Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.) for delivering text messages across their networks. These fees are typically fractions of a cent per message and are a standard part of the mobile messaging ecosystem. We believe in transparent pricing, so while our primary charges are for our platform and services, please be aware that these underlying carrier fees are a component of the overall cost of sending text messages.
